My Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Classes are designed as a nurturing sanctuary—an invitation to soften, breathe, and return to yourself as you move through the sacred transformation of motherhood. I recognize the physical, emotional, and energetic shifts that pregnancy and postpartum bring, and I’ve created a space where you can feel deeply supported, seen, and held as your body and heart evolve.

In our prenatal sessions, we move slowly and intentionally through gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practices that support strength, relieve tension, and prepare your body for the sacred passage of birth. Each breath, each shape, is offered to bring you calm, confidence, and connection to the wisdom of your body.

Following birth, postnatal classes offer restorative, soul-soothing support as you heal and integrate. These practices help restore strength and balance while creating space to reconnect with yourself—body, mind, and spirit—after the profound experience of bringing new life into the world. Whether you are healing from birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or simply seeking stillness amidst the swirl of motherhood, these sessions are lovingly tailored to meet you where you are.

In addition to prenatal and postpartum offerings, I also teach slow flow and gentle restorative classes that are safe, accessible, and deeply nourishing for pregnant people. These classes blend mindful movement with intentional breath, rest, and energetic support, and are open to all bodies in all seasons of life. They offer a peaceful refuge—an opportunity to listen inward, move with intuition, and settle into softness.

Above all, my classes are a safe haven—a place where you can move from self-judgment to self-love, connect in community, and honor your body’s innate wisdom. It’s not about the perfect pose; it’s about creating ritual, remembrance, and reverence during one of the most powerful transitions you will ever walk.
