Birth Work Offerings
Birth Doula | Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula | Abortion | Miscarriage | Loss
As a birth worker, my offerings are guided by intuition, deep tradition, and sacred resonance. I walk with you through the thresholds of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—not just with skills, but with presence. This care is relational, rooted in trust, and centered in the energetic connection between mother and guide.
From our first prenatal, I help you feel grounded in your body, your story, and your spirit. When labor begins, I am your sister and witness—offering my hands, my voice, and my presence to hold the birth space in power and softness.
After birth, I honor the first 40 days as sacred—offering home visits, massage, reiki, nourishment, and care as you rest and rise in your rebirth as Mother. Whether it’s emotional support, newborn tending, or simply someone to hold the quiet, I am there. This is continuity. This is conscious care.
This is the village way.

My Offerings
“Honoring the Continuum with Sacred & Sustainable Care — Rooted in the Village Way”
The way I offer care is woven with intention. It is not a flat fee or a fixed package — its a relationship. A rhythm. A shared tending.
Birth work is a sacred calling that asks for deep presence, time, and availability. It also asks for sustainability — so that I can keep doing this work with reverence and devotion, and so that you feel held with consistency and trust. This weaving of tending and mending is potent medicine.
The Old Way. The Right Way.
Before there were packages or price tags, there was the village.
Women tending to women. Offering what they had. Receiving what they needed. This care is rooted in that rhythm— in reciprocity, in relationship, in reverence. This isn’t just about money. It’s about the way women have always taken care of each other. Before there were invoices or apps or itemized services, there were hands held out, meals left on porches, seeds traded for medicine, songs offered for presence, stories shared in kitchens, tears caught in cloth and laughter echoing in birth rooms.
This is the village way. The woman’s way.
The old way—and the right way.
We meet in truth, not in shame. We exchange in respect, not in pressure. We find what feels good for both of us, because that’s how real care works. You share what you can—gifts, trade, money, meals, love. And I offer what I carry—time, touch, wisdom, presence. It’s not about discounts. It’s not about worth. It’s about being in right relationship. This is how women have always done it— tending one another through birth, loss, becoming, and return. And this is how we’ll do it too.

Creative Reciprocity
If you’re in financial transition, or if you carry skills or gifts rooted in purpose work, I welcome non-monetary exchanges for prenatal visits, postpartum care, ceremony, and bodywork.
These can include:
• Massage or bodywork
• Photography
• Herbal offerings
• Creative or ancestral skills
• Land or home tending
• Emotional/spiritual healing work
For example: three prenatal visits may be exchanged for three massages. This is how women have always supported each other—through shared gifts and mutual care.
⸻
We will always begin in conversation.
What matters most is that the exchange feels clear, respectful, and nourishing on both ends. You are not expected to give beyond your capacity—but you are worthy of giving something that holds your heart.. & I will meet you there with mine.
All of this exists to keep this work in the realm of the sacred, not the transactional. Please reach out to share your truth, and we’ll shape a path forward—one that honors us both and carries the medicine of the old way into the now.
About the Exchange
Below is a gentle framework of the exchange of energy, time & care
Everything I offer reflects the village way - I do have offerings that carry a clear monetary value — for the sustainability and longevity of this work, for the time and presence it asks of me, and for the life I have built around walking with women.
However, this does not mean we leave behind the old ways. I still honor care that is relational, creative and rooted in trust. This is never meant to feel overwhelming or out of reach. You are deserving of being deeply cared for. You are worthy of being mothered by the mothers. Everything that supports your body, mind, and spirit should be accessible. I believe every woman deserves the highest quality of care, regardless of financial circumstance. We will shape the path together with softness, and reverence the way women always have—
There will always be many ways to walk together :
How We Walk Together
-
The Threshold Keeper: A Sacred Offering to Hold the Unfolding
When we agree that I am the one to walk with you through birth, I open a sacred space in my life — for you, your baby, and the mystery that unfolds.
I leave room in my days. I prepare my heart. I carry your name into prayer. I say no to many things so I can say full yes to you.
To honor that commitment there is a single offering that holds the gateway:
$1,500 - A Birth Window Offering
This is not a fee. It is a gesture of mutual trust . it holds you birth on my altar. It says:
I am walking with you
Includes:
- Initial Prenatal Visit
- Ongoing support welcoming texts, calls, questions and connection
-On call presence from 36-42 weeks
- Attending your labor and birth with full heart
- One tender 24 hour postpartum visit to help you land and integrate
This does not include prenatal or postpartum care — that part is more fluid, more intimate, and shaped in conversation.

The Shared Weaving | Co-Creating the Rest
Each journey is different. Each woman arrives with a different song in her bones. I honor this.
Once your birth window is held, we sit down and talk. Slowly. With presence. We speak from the heart about the liminal space and what that looks like for you and your family. We talk about what support you are needing — prenatal visits, postpartum tending, ceremony, healing work, or just being witnessed.
From there, we create an exchange that feels purposeful, nourishing and intentional.
This might look like:
- A monthly rhythm of giving
A payment plan that feels steady and manageable
- A barter of gifts or time
Offering something in trade like a skill or service instead of money
- Conversation
If you are not sure what you can give, we sit down gently and talk. You tell me your truth , and I meet you there. Together we choose what feels aligned for your reality.
Tending & Mending the Thresholds
Not every path is linear. Not every birth is a beginning. Some thresholds are quiet, heavy, or uncertain. Some are filled with decision, reflection, or goodbye. This space is for the in-between moments—the ones that don’t need a full journey, but still deserve to be held with deep care. Whether you are preparing for birth and seeking clarity… or moving through loss, miscarriage, or abortion… you are not meant to walk these places alone. These sessions are not services. They are sacred pauses. Just enough time to soften, to speak, to be seen.
-
